What do you think this is? It's linked to a topic on the front page about the site relaunch. Hence the first post saying "This thread discusses the Content article: Console Central Relaunch"

huh? i mean all the news on the front page will the visitor be able to comment on them? or do you have to make a new thread everytime you want to talk about the story.

No, you don't understand.

We can choose whether or not a topic can be commented on by inserting some code.

It says: Discuss this article on the forums. (5 posts)

IF someone replies and wants to post a comment, it then makes a topic for that discussion.

For example, If you comment on http://www.console-central.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=3225&Itemid=1
