Yeah i started ahead. did everything nicely too. reasmble tho is the hardest part then i find out that certain things i miss out then fixed(mostly power light fix) when i put everything together enough i tryed it on and the top screen is nothing but white now and it like moves with llight dark lines. could sorta see the logo. Need a better shots? yeah i love my new hp. thanks!
Double check your ribbon cable to the motherboard. More often than not that is the problem. If the cable isn't in right, the screen goes white and turns off.

here are some of the ribbon pics! i'll be honest i might have messed a bit with the ribbion. i can see clearly there is a a dent dot on the cable. i remove and replaced the cable 3 times. it has the same white screen unless iam not doing it right? i really need someone to help me here everything looks alright and good but it doesn't add up at all. Help T-T!

Ps. bottom works and got some sound out of the right side speaker but the top is white and i don't think it will get better. do i have to buy a new top screen?
eh..i thought so. um do i have to use that thing that melts the metal to get the speaker on and the rest? is there anything else i need? thanks for the help ben! oh! one last question! iam having problem screwing back the screws on the new case! They didn't seem they pre-drill it, don't want to mess up anymore so any advise on that part too? thanks!!!

HI BEN i tried to change the shell of my nds lie, and not the bottom screem no longer senses the touch... have i frayed anything or damaged any cables? please send help soon...

hi i am new here, i have a white ds lite and am thinking of buying another shell as mine is badly scratched and the code sticker at the bottom is torn. i thankyou for the review you have written and i am wondeering if u cud maybe take a few more photos of your white ds lite. mainly the bottom of it zoomed in clearly.
Can't get any better than that, I've just changed my PC to a new, larger case without an SD card reader. Until I cut out and install my old SD card reader I can't get you any other shots.
