 Yesterday if you played your Wii or was woken up by a blinding blue light then you may have been prompted to download the latest version of the Wii's firmware (3.2), and then once you finished the download you found that it did absolutely nothing. Yes that is right, literally almost nothing. Well, nothing that you could see. According to the Nintendo Customer Service site it made some updates 'behind the scenes' on the Wii and helped the systems overall performance. So overall...a waste of an update.

The C64 is coming to the Wii's Virtual Console. The 8-bit games will be available for 500 Wii points each. Uridium and International Karate have already been announced. The C64 will be released in Europe first, followed by other regions. The Commodore 64 was released in 1982 with a $595 price tag.

It's about time the Wii got a proper FPS... (The following don't count because:
Resident Evil 4: Not an FPS, and not originally developed for Wii.
Red Steel: More of a Wii remote gimmick than anything, fun though.
Metroid Prime Corruption: Too much puzzling to be called a proper action FPS
Far Cry: Terrible. just terrible.)
And on top of that the DS just doesn't have a decent FPS.
