With a TV adaptor out for the PSP it was a matter of time before a DS version came out.

The first is similar to the PSP system, where the screen is projected onto the TV via a hefty and inconvenient adapter that clings onto the top/main screen, and only shows the first screen. It also comes with the aesthetic appeal of looking like a creature is sucking the poor life out of the hardware.
The second is relatively more practical for it allows for both screens to be displayed on a TV screen, but does require the unfortunate addition of a larger base on the DS, plus some internal installation. Would one really want to go through all this effort to play DS games on the big screen?
