Maybe not, but it's possible says Rare... Who knows maybe in the near future it will happen.
Even though Viva Pinata was not the hit Microsoft and Rare thought it would be, it could still breathe new life to the DS. An executive at the Company thinks the franchise still has life in it.
"A Kameo or a Viva Pi?ata on a DS makes a lot of sense in a lot of ways from a franchise perspective," Shane Kim, a vice president at Microsoft at the D.I.C.E. Summit in Las Vegas last week.
"Whether that is in the form of a sequel, a product line extension or through merchandising, whatever the case may be, that's something that we're going to stick with,"
If you have played it on the 360 it's a pain having to access some menus but this could be great with the touch screen. Just one touch and you're on your way to the shop. Or when the Pinatas fall in love you can guide them using the stylus?Source |
