Pictures of the PSP Camera have appeared on the internet, the camera looks pretty small and will boast a 1.3 mega pixel camera.
I wouldnt expect it to cost much, seeing as my mobile phone has a 1.3 mega pixel camera built into it, but how it will be used is another question as it wont be used in a similar manner to the EyeToy. Perhaps it will be used for face mapping or similar functions. Its surprisingly not black in colour to match the PSP, but more of a shiny metallic silver.
