After days and days of therapy, the damage that the first Finder Love game caused will never be forgotten. My boss says that crappy games are easy to review. Sure they're easier to review; playing them is the hard part.
Now I'm back to review the second game of the series. Will this game be better than the first one, or will I have to pay a visit to the nut house. Review + Screenshots inside.
Part 2 of the 3 part Finder Love series has nothing in common with the first game. They are all different but feature the same type of game play which if you’ve read the first Finder Love review you’d know that the game play really sucks.
The story of this game is to meet this chick, go out with here and make her happy. However this game features an even deeper story line when the game is 85% complete. The story changes where every guys dream or worst nightmare comes to life. What dream/nightmare am I talking about? I’m talking about Marriage (shock).

Graphics:
These graphics can’t compete with what other games have to offer. It is all based on real life footage. If anyone can take the time they can surely convert this into a flash game. Although in my opinion Risa is the hottest of all 3 models in the finder love series, the clear sharp PSP screen will make her look even hotter, and of course let’s not forget the talking pictures.

Game play:
Similar to the other Finder love game this one is actually a little bit more fun to play. It features some new mini games and some old ones (The reason why I call them old is because they were featured in my first review, which was the first Finder Love game I’ve ever player). The point of the mini-games is to score points with Risa and in the end Marry her (shock). The camera game which is featured in all of the finder love games already has pictures installed in the game. What I mean by that is the Pictures you take are not installed which means you will loose points every time you take a picture because its not part of the game.

Sound:
Voice over is done great with the talking pictures, and when I mean talking pictures I really mean talking pictures. The sound of the environment around the area is clear just like if you were at the beach as well as ambient sound all over. The elevator music is still there but 30% of the time its not played so that lightens things up a bit.

Controls:
The controls are pretty much the same from the Last Finder Love game that I reviewed. Mostly you will be using the L and R trigger buttons. Some mini games require the D-Pad and the X, square, Triangle and Circle. There is no trivia on this game making things easier for all of us who don’t speak Japanese, unlike the one featuring Aki Hoshino. Life Span:
After the game is completed there is no reason to go back to it. Other than the movies of Risa that you unlocked (specially the one where she’s with her bikini) that is the only thing you will want to look at. The game took only a couple of hours to pass and there is less talking and more movie watching and mini-game playing. So I could say that there is some improvement on this game but it still has some similarities to the other Game.

Graphics: Talking pictures never left the series; this game would be a better fit for the DS. 3/10 Game Play: easy to understand, less talking, and footage of Risa in her bikini (drool). 8/10
Sound: ok sound effects and voice over. Elevator music is still part of the game sadly. 2/10
Controls: Perfect for this kind of mini-games and respond well to commands. 7/10
Life Span: Long and kind of entertaining, Just keep one eye on the TV. 4/10
Bonus Points: Risa in her Bikini and a real life shower scene that you get to look at. 5/5
Total Score: 58% = F+ Game Reviewed by: NightHawk
