Well the answer is yes. Not only is the game better but the gameplay is also ten times better,and the new added multiplayer features make this a game to compete with the mighty Battlefield 2 Modern Combat.

Introduction:

The game carries on from where the second one left off, during the Normandy Breakout, the historic campaign that made the liberation of Paris possible and brought the Allies a step closer to Berlin.

First Impressions:

When the game first loaded up the graphics are amazing. You can tell straight away that the game is going to be special. With so much action going on screen there was no lag or slow down and everything ran smooth.

Storyline:

Through a seamless narrative that delivers the rush of unrelenting battle and breathtaking action, players assume the roles of four ordinary Allied soldiers?American, British, Canadian and Polish?and are thrust onto an authentic, living battlefield for an unprecedented variety of combat.

Game Play:

The game handles just like COD 2 which in my opinion is very well. You start off on a little training mission to get you used to the controls. Then after tha its straight into the action.

Graphics:

The graphics are truely amazing on this game. The cut scenes blend into the gameplay without any drop in quality making this a very attractive looking game. The amount of action on going at an point in time is amazing and everything looks so real. From the bullets flying past your head to the blades of grass at your feet.

Sound:

The sound is brilliant on this game. Some moments of silence can be broken by the sound of bullets screaming past your headd which adds to a great atmosphere and gives an almost eire real quality to the game.

Multiplayer:

The online play has been beefed up for this version with more levels and weapons and the added bonus of tanks and jeeps to drive around in. The online play has the following features -

Conclusion:

Overall this game is amazing and a true HD war game. It has brought back my faith in the Call of Duty Series and made me glad i decided to invest in an xbox 360.
