The Next-Gen of iPods will let you download and play games.
It may seem like the iPod is just like the PSP, the only difference is that the iPod sells and the PSP doesn't. With the next-gen iPods unveiled and the new iTunes 7 people can buy games and download them straight to your iPod.
Some of the titles you will be able to download will be:Pac-Man, Tetris, Bejewelled, Texas Hold-Em, Mahjong, Mini-Golf, Vortex and Zuma.
These titles and all other future titles will be ported from mobile games. You?can?download?this?and?many?other?games?at?iTunes?7.?Prices?could?range?from?$2.99?to?9.99
These titles cannot be played on the Nano or the Shuffle, so if you're looking to buy some of these games and only have a Nano, it's time to upgrade.
