The Sims is one of the most popular Simulation games out there. I myself don't play the game because I dont have time to play it. I'd rather live real life than pretend to have a life in a game. Don't get me wrong I love videogames specially games that I get into and play for hours at the time, but The Sims really never cought my attention.

Since great games have always come to the big screen, some of them actually do good others don't it's actually no surprise to see the biggest name in games come to the big screen. However one license that does surprise me coming to the big screen is The Sims.

First of all how can they make a game that is based on a Simulation game where there are many different characters. Not to mention that they will have to focus on every single aspect of what the game has to offer, also what the hell is the story going to be about? I really cannot see the Sim's come to the big screen and specially sooner that anyone could think of. Apparently Fox has already purchased the movie license for The Sims from EA and we should expect a movie from them in the near future.

I can already picture the movie oppening weekend. It will probably do as good as Alone in the Dark the movie. Probably worst.
