Some more details have been released on the Wii music game which was announced last year and then very little had been heard of it until now.
" We will be seeing classic Nintendo themes as well as brand new ones. Over 40 instruments will be available, including folk and bass guitars, maraccas, marimbas as well as the option to conduct your orchestra. Each of these instruments will include their own unique controls (including strumming a guitar with the Wii Remote and Nunchuk, and dual-Remotes acting as drumsticks), so repetition shouldn't be a worry. The gameplay revolves around play sessions, with six parts playable together (4 players and 2 CPU-controlled players). You can also replay your sessions to show off your instrumental prowess to your musically-inept pals. "
