Seriously if you're going to fool someone at least do it right.

We all know what today is, and if you don't then you're probably not familiar with the global phenomenon that is known as April Fools. April fools is a day specially designed for people to fool other people whether it is family members and complete strangers. Be aware that fooling a stranger might result in a punch to the face along with an open can of whoop ass.

The gaming industry also likes to play jokes and trust me today you will see them all around the net and when you do please don't wet your pants becuase like they say if it's too good to be true it probably is.

For example here is one hoaxer that is just trying too hard and could easily tell it is fake.

Wii 2 in development

A spokesman for Nintendo said: "The Nintendo Wii has become popular beyond our expectations. And to keep interest in the format on a high, we plan to give fans of the system even more when we release its sequel.

"Wii 2 will give users a Blu-ray player, allowing for larger games and HD movie playback. It will also have graphics more advanced than on any other console and we are revising the Wii Remote and Nunchuk with a new system that will offer more accuracy, more freedom and a greater all-round experience than the current system".

What a coincedence that it is now being announced. First of all Wii 2 is a basic name someone would give a console if they don't know what the code name is. Xbox 360 was know at Microsoft as the Xenon Wii as the Revolution and PS3 as PS3. These code names are given and if a company where to reveal that they where working on a new console they just simply wouldn't refer to it as Wii2. Also there is no name for the Nintendo Spokesperson if he does exist. Nintendo has never included a video format on any of their consoles I doubt they will want to start with blu-ray. The site also stated that it will be release in 2010 which is way too early to be planning to release the successor to the Wii. For one it will really piss people off that they had to spend $250 just so that the console can be discountinued 2 years later for a new model. 

Also the video that was brough to you earlier about a new Assasins Creed also looks like a Hoax. For one if you take a close look the main character does not interact with any character from the game. Also he runs a lot like snake from MGS if you haven't noticed. Can it be that Ubisoft and Konami came together for this hoax??? Maybe. Also he remains in the same place meaning that it was something that was brought up last minute tweaking an already in developing game and adding the main character from Assasins Creed. Trust me that type of Video can be up and Running in less than a month since they already have all the assets and models.

My advice to you the reader is don't take everything you see on the we into heart. It is OK to have a good laugh specially on April Fools so whatever you see on the web today don't pay much attention unless the announcements are made on E3 which is coming this may.
