First home is delayed now Killzone 2? what is going on here?

Killzone 2 is being delayed by Sony until Feb 2009. While no reason was given people are guessing that it something to do with Resistance 2 which is also coming this year.

With Killzone 2 being delayed are there any other games that Sony might decide to Push back? I guess we have until the rest of the year to find out.
