How do you delay something that hasn't been announced yet? Anyone? That is what Sony is doing they are delaying home without even releasing a release date when it becomes available.

Sony has been delaying the release for the Beta and has not announced when it plans to release Home to the entire PS3 Community. Some people might still care about home but others will just wake up one day and update their PS3's with home on it and wonder when was it released. 

The delay for home is partly due to Sony's movie rental service which allows PS3 users to buy or rent HD movies via the PSN.
